By using this website or engaging us for work, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.

Where you have signed a separate contract or statement of work with us, that document takes precedence over these terms for anything the two disagree on.

Algoryn Technologies provides custom software development, mobile and web applications, ready built platforms configured per client, cloud and server work, design, digital marketing and IT consultancy.

What is and is not included in a given engagement is defined by the written scope for that engagement, not by this page.

By engaging us you confirm the following.

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have authority to enter into a binding agreement for your organisation.
• The work you are asking for is lawful in the places it will operate.

For us to do the work, you agree to the following.

• Give us accurate information, and tell us when it changes.
• Provide the access, content and decisions the project needs, when the schedule needs them.
• Use what we build for lawful purposes only.
• Not attempt to disrupt, probe or misuse this website or any system we operate.

Delays caused by information or approvals we are waiting on move the schedule, and we will say so in writing when that happens.

This website, our name, logo, written content and the platforms we maintain remain our property. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without our written consent.

Ownership of work produced for a client is set by the contract for that engagement. Unless it says otherwise, custom work transfers to the client once it has been paid for in full.

Third party components such as open source libraries, fonts, licences and services remain under their own terms, which we will name in the scope.

Payment terms are set in the quote or contract for the engagement, and invoices are payable by the date stated on them.

Quoted amounts exclude taxes and third party costs such as licences, hosting, domains and app store fees, unless the quote says they are included.

Work may be paused where an invoice is overdue. We will tell you before that happens.

Each of us will keep the other side\u2019s confidential information confidential, use it only for the engagement, and protect it with reasonable care.', 'This does not cover information that is already public, that either side already held, or that a court or regulator requires be disclosed.

Our work often integrates services we do not control, such as payment gateways, messaging providers and cloud platforms. Their availability, pricing and terms are theirs to change, and we are not responsible for those changes.

We may suspend or end an engagement where an invoice remains unpaid after notice, where these terms are breached, or where the work becomes unlawful.', 'You may cancel under the Cancellation Policy. What is refundable in that situation is set out in the Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may revise these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date of its last revision at the top. Changes do not alter a contract already signed.
