Refund Policy

At Algoryn Technologies, we value our clients and strive to deliver the highest quality of services. Since we deal with customized software solutions, IT services, and digital transformation projects, our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair. Please read carefully before engaging with our services.

1. General Policy

  • Payments made for consulting, software development, digital marketing, or IT services are generally non-refundable once the work has commenced.
  • Refund requests will only be considered under specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:

  • The service has not yet started and no resources have been allocated.
  • You are charged more than the agreed amount due to a billing error.
  • The deliverables provided are not as per the agreed scope of work and issues remain unresolved after multiple revisions (subject to management review).

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after project approval.
  • Delays caused by client-side approvals, incomplete information, or failure to provide necessary inputs.
  • Work already completed or services already delivered.
  • Third-party services, tools, or licenses purchased on behalf of the client.
  • Digital products (e.g., software licenses, downloadable items) once delivered/activated.

4. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [Insert Contact Email] within 7 business days of project delivery or invoice date.
  • Once your request is received, our team will review it within 10 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, and credited to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request cancellation of a project before the work has started. In such cases, only 50% of the upfront payment may be refunded (if no resources have been allocated).
  • Once a project is in progress, cancellations will not qualify for a refund.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disagreements, both parties agree to first attempt an amicable resolution. If unresolved, the matter will be handled under the governing laws of India, subject to the courts in Lucknow.
