Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellations

• Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request to [Insert Contact Email].
• Cancellations will only be valid once acknowledged and confirmed by our support team in writing.
• If the project has not started and no resources have been allocated, the client may be eligible for a partial refund (as per Refund Policy).

2. Cancellation Before Project Start

• If a cancellation request is made before the commencement of work, 50% of the advance payment (if any) may be refunded.
• Any third-party costs (such as licenses, hosting, or tools) already incurred on behalf of the client are
• non-refundable

3. Cancellation After Project Start

• Once a project is initiated and resources are allocated, cancellations will not qualify for a refund.
• Payments made for work already completed, resources allocated, or services delivered will remain non-refundable.

4. Ongoing Services (Subscriptions/Retainers)

• For ongoing services such as monthly retainers, digital marketing, or maintenance contracts, clients may cancel by providing at least 30 days’ written notice.
• Any fees already paid for the ongoing billing cycle are non-refundable, but no further charges will apply after the notice period.

5. Company-Initiated Cancellations

• Algoryn Technologies reserves the right to cancel a project or service if:
• The client fails to make timely payments.
• The client violates our Terms & Conditions.
• The project involves unlawful or unethical activities.
• In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

6. Force Majeure

In case of delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations), Algoryn Technologies will not be held liable.
